Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for campaigns, social media, print materials, presentations, and other communication collateral aligned with Red Dot Foundation's brand and mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics, developing layouts, creating logos and branding elements, and selecting typography that supports clear and impactful messaging. The role involves collaborating with program, communications, and outreach teams to understand project requirements, translating ideas into visual concepts, and iterating based on feedback. The Graphic Designer will also prepare production-ready files, maintain brand consistency across all materials, and stay updated on design trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills, including experience creating visual assets for digital and print media (Graphics, Graphic Design).
• Ability to design distinctive and meaningful logos and develop cohesive visual identities (Logo Design, Branding).
• Proficiency in layout design and typography, with an eye for readability, hierarchy, and visual balance (Typography).
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative, socially aware design work and the ability to adapt style to different campaigns and audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Effective communication skills and openness to feedback from multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
