Job summary

Proppel Pty Ltd. is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join the in-house Creative and Brand teams on a 3-month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP and running through to the end of December 2026. The role requires full-time availability for the entire period and collaboration across UK working hours.

You will deliver high-quality design work, manage multiple briefs, and ensure assets align with brand guidelines, while turning around revisions swiftly and maintaining attention to detail.

What we're looking for

We're partnering with a UK-based luxury brand that has built a loyal following since 2015 for personalized jewelry and accessories, offering high-quality, trend-led designs for gifters and self-gifters alike. They're looking for a Graphic Designer who can hit the ground running and support their in-house Creative and Brand teams. Please note this is an initial 3-month fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible and running through to the end of December 2026, with full-time availability required for the whole period.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality design work across a broad mix of day-to-day briefs for the in-house Creative and Brand teams.
• Manage multiple briefs and shifting priorities at pace while keeping deadlines on track.
• Create polished assets that follow the existing brand guidelines precisely.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team throughout the UK working day, taking on feedback and turning revisions around quickly.
• Check every asset carefully so it's ready to go live when it leaves your desk.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Midweight Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that shows it.
• Proven ability to work confidently within established brand guidelines.
• Comfort working at pace across multiple briefs and priorities without losing quality.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience in luxury, fashion, jewelry, or premium retail brands.
• Experience designing for e-commerce and digital channels, such as email, social media, and web banners.
• Photo retouching skills, especially for product imagery.
• Basic motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for social and digital content.
