TECHLITE is a Tempe, AZ-based manufacturing company that specializes in producing melamine foam for insulation and acoustic products. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our facility in Tempe, AZ.

Position Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will primarily focus on graphic design tasks, but you will also support various general marketing activities. This role requires someone with strong graphic design skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to other marketing efforts such as SEO, blog creation, Google Ads, and more.

Natural Skills/Abilities

The Graphic Designer must demonstrate cognitive ability to follow directions and routines, work independently with appropriate judgment, exhibit spatial awareness, read words and numbers, concentrate, memorize, and recall, identify logical connections, and determine the sequence of response and process up to 2-3 steps ahead.

This is a full-time exempt position for creative professionals who use creativity and imagination to conduct independent research to achieve desired outcomes for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  • Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
  • Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.
  • Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers (e.g., Canon Arizona 1360 GTF) is a plus, but not required.

  • 4-10-'s Monday -Thursday
  • Monday to Thursday (5:00 am - 3:30 pm) off Friday, Saturday & Sundays
  • In-office position Tempe (University and Priest)

Compensation:

  • $41k - $65k, DOE
