Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer specializing in Packaging Design, based in Rahway, NJ. The Graphic Designer will work on developing packaging designs, creating custom graphics, designing logos, and maintaining consistent branding. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing, brand-appropriate designs. Responsibilities include preparing packaging layouts, ensuring designs meet product and brand standards, and adhering to project timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience in packaging design
• Expertise in Logo Design and Branding to ensure consistent brand representation
• Strong knowledge of Typography and its application in packaging and branding
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Attention to detail and ability to create visually appealing and functional designs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• Experience in the toy or children’s product industry is a plus
