The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented designer who is deeply proficient in Figma and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment where priorities and creative needs can change quickly. This individual should be equally comfortable developing new creative concepts and executing pixel-perfect production work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design elevated, engaging digital creative for seasonal campaigns, launches, promotions, and other e-commerce initiatives.
  • Support creative concepting for upcoming fashion seasons and translate concepts into polished digital executions.
  • Create comps, mockups, and presentation materials for weekly reviews and leadership presentations.
  • Produce digital creative for homepages, collection pages, product pages, site experiences, and mobile app experiences.
  • Review live site and app creative to ensure final executions accurately reflect approved designs.
  • Maintain and update Figma component libraries, ensuring consistency with current design standards and live site specifications.
  • Create production-ready files, prototypes, folder structures, and shareable links for final creative.
  • Partner closely with Art Directors, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Communicate effectively with development partners and demonstrate familiarity with web design standards and terminology.
  • Use Chrome Developer Tools to review CSS information and assist with troubleshooting digital creative.
  • Quickly incorporate late-breaking updates and creative changes while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Ensure all final creative is pixel-perfect, organized, and delivered on schedule.

The team works on a rapid weekly cadence, bringing creative concepts to life for customer-facing site and app experiences. Creative may go live approximately three weeks after the initial brief, requiring someone who can balance speed, organization, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Approximately 3–4 years of graphic/digital design experience; relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma is required.
