You'll work collaboratively with deal teams to translate concepts into visually striking materials, from offering memorandums and presentations to digital campaigns and branded collateral. As part of a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, you'll manage complex projects from concept through completion while staying current on design trends and software advancements to continuously enhance presentation quality and effectiveness.## **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Create, design, and edit comprehensive materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, social posts, and presentation materials* Apply professional graphic design principles to develop innovative visual solutions that support business development objectives* Manage complex design projects from initial concept through final completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery* Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams, translating verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations* Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns that align with JLL branding standards and client preferences* Stay current on design software advancements and marketing/design trends within and outside the real estate industry* Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating initiative and proactively identifying needs## **Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent experience* Minimum of 1 year design experience using Adobe Creative Suite with strong emphasis on InDesign expertise* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated tact and diplomacy when interacting with stakeholders* Well-developed verbal, listening, written, and creative design skills* Excellent time management, planning, and problem-solving abilities with ability to meet tight deadlines* Ability to design within established branding standards while maintaining quality## **Preferred Qualifications:*** Knowledge of commercial real estate industry* Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint* Experience with digital marketing platforms* Experience with photo-editing* Understanding of responsive design principles* Experience working with floor plans, aerial photography, and technical real estate graphics* Familiarity with bound book production and print specificationsThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
