Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer with strong animation and motion graphics skills to develop monthly marketing and promotional content displayed on lottery retail machines.

The primary focus of this role is creating and animating monthly visual presentations featuring scratch ticket promotions, seasonal campaigns, special events, and licensed lottery game content. Approximately 98% of the work involves designing and animating promotional content, with occasional opportunities to contribute to scratch ticket artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and animate monthly promotional content for lottery retail machines using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Develop engaging visual concepts and creative assets for lottery games, scratch ticket promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
• Create motion graphics and animations using supplied artwork, images, and other creative assets.
• Independently translate high-level creative direction into polished visual designs and animations.
• Package, test, and prepare promotional content for deployment across multiple lottery machine types.
• Validate asset dimensions, rendering, playback, and functionality before release.
• Collaborate with lottery marketing stakeholders to understand campaign requirements, timelines, and monthly deliverables.
• Follow established deployment procedures and documentation to ensure accurate and timely content releases.
• Troubleshoot creative and technical issues independently, researching solutions before escalating when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator.
• Demonstrated experience in motion graphics, animation, and animated promotional content.
• Solid graphic design skills, including layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating marketing collateral, digital advertising, web graphics, promotional displays, or similar visual content.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and execute designs independently from minimal direction.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain visual consistency across deliverables.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders while independently managing assigned creative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience creating content for digital displays, retail screens, gaming machines, or other digital signage environments.
• Experience preparing and optimizing visual assets for different display formats and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with licensed game artwork, promotional campaigns, or entertainment-related creative content.
