As the Graphic Designer at Flag Nor Fail, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our visual identity across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director and collaborating closely with our creative team, you'll lead the charge in producing captivating designs that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.

• Conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual content across print, digital, and physical mediums.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to execution, delivering high-quality designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Stay abreast of design trends and best practices, infusing fresh ideas into all creative endeavors.
• Provide creative input and direction during brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings.
• Adapt designs for various marketing channels, ensuring optimal engagement and impact.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
