Job summary

Meyer Distributing is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create eye-catching visuals that strengthen brands and drive sales across digital campaigns, print ads, catalogs, packaging, and trade show displays.

You’ll collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, and ensure brand consistency while working a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare print-ready files.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching visuals for digital campaigns, social media, email, and online promotions.
• Produce print advertising, magazines, direct mail, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Maintain product catalogs, line cards, sell sheets, and other tools for sales teams.
• Design logos and brand elements for programs and campaigns.
• Create apparel designs for events and promotions.
• Design event signage and trade show collateral with strong brand consistency.

Are you a creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for great design? Meyer Distributing is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create eye-catching visuals that capture attention, strengthen brands, and drive sales.

From digital campaigns and social media graphics to print advertisements, product catalogs, packaging, and trade show displays, you’ll help bring Meyer Distributing and the brands we carry to life across multiple platforms. If you love turning ideas into compelling visuals and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

PAY AND SCHEDULE:

• Up to $54,000.00 annually, based on experience
• Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

WHAT YOU’LL CREATE

• Digital campaigns: Engaging web banners, social media graphics, email campaigns, and online promotions that drive clicks and sales.
• Print advertising: Eye-catching magazine ads, direct mail pieces, flyers, and promotional materials, prepared print-ready with proper bleeds, color profiles, and specs.
• Catalogs and sales materials: Create, maintain, and update product catalogs, line cards, sell sheets, and other tools our sales team relies on.
• Logos and brand identity: Design logos and supporting brand elements for new programs, initiatives, and internal brands.
• Apparel: Create t-shirt and apparel designs for company events, teams, and promotions as needed.
• Event signage and materials: Design trade show booths, banners, signage, and event collateral that make a strong impression in person.
• Brand consistency: Ensure every design reflects a cohesive, polished look across Meyer Distributing and the brands we represent, while following each partner brand’s guidelines.
• Project management: Juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality designs optimized for their intended channels, from a phone screen to a 10-foot trade show banner.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Solid knowledge of digital and print production file preparation.
• Excellent communication, proofreading, organization, and time-management skills.
• A sharp eye for detail, a high standard of quality, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A positive, adaptable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn.
