Job summary

Point Studios, our in-house production division, seeks an early-career Graphic Designer to support our senior creatives across print, digital, social, video, UX, and presentation design. You will collaborate with our leads and execute a variety of projects for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional design experience or a strong portfolio from internships, school projects, freelance work, or equivalent.
  • Portfolio showing digital, print and social work; video/multimedia samples are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
  • Comfort with CapCut, Canva, or similar tools for fast-turn social/video content.
  • Exposure to UX/UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-powered platforms like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E or Runway.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and adapt materials for websites, landing pages, print ads, brochures, social, video, and decks.
  • Assist with UX and UI design for digital projects, including wireframes and mockups.
  • Create and edit social videos and short-form assets with professional/mobile tools.
  • Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, strategists, designers, and producers on concepts.
  • Prepare and revise design files based on feedback from senior team members.
  • Maintain brand consistency with project specs and production requirements.
  • Explore AI-powered tools like Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway for ideation and production.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies.

You will work alongside our creative leads and Point Studios, our in-house production division, to execute a variety of projects across a diverse client base.

Job Scope & Purpose: Point is looking for a talented early-career Graphic Designer to support our senior creative team across a range of formats, including print, digital, social, video, UX, and presentation design. You will work alongside our creative leads and Point Studios, our in-house production division, to execute a variety of projects across a diverse client base.

The ideal candidate thinks visually, welcomes feedback, adapts quickly, and is interested in learning new tools and techniques. This position offers an opportunity to build experience across multiple creative disciplines while contributing to high-quality client work under the guidance of senior team members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce and adapt creative materials for websites, landing pages, print advertisements, brochures, social media, video content, and pitch decks under the direction of senior creative team members.
  • Assist with UX and UI design for digital projects, including wireframes, user flows, and mockups.
  • Create and edit social media videos, short-form video assets, and other multimedia content using professional and mobile-native tools.
  • Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, strategists, designers, and Point Studios producers to execute creative concepts and meet project requirements.
  • Prepare and revise design files based on feedback from senior creative team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistency with established brand standards, project specifications, and production requirements.
  • Explore AI-powered creative tools, such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Runway, for ideation and production support when appropriate.
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies and share relevant ideas with the team.
Experience & Education
  • 1-2 years of professional design experience or a strong portfolio developed through internships, academic work, freelance projects, or comparable experience. Agency experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and social media; video or multimedia examples are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
  • Comfort using mobile-native and lightweight creative tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms for fast-turn social and video content.
  • Exposure to UX/UI design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
  • Interest in AI-powered creative platforms such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similar tools. Prior expertise is not required.
  • A solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and responsive digital layout.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to receive, understand, and apply creative feedback.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interactive Design, or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY
  • Ability to work across both digital and print design assignments.
  • Willingness to learn from senior creative team members and develop skills across multiple formats.
  • Initiative to complete assigned work, ask questions when needed, and follow projects through production.
  • Curiosity about new tools and techniques, including AI, automation, and mobile-native creative platforms.
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback, with the ability to work effectively with writers, strategists, producers, account managers, and other designers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize concurrent assignments.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain creative choices to internal team members.
  • A practical, solution-oriented approach to creative and production challenges.
