Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Seattle office. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Paladin Drones through compelling and cohesive designs across various platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to bring our brand story to life while maintaining consistency in design aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Create and maintain a consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, including digital and print materials.
• Marketing Assets: Design promotional materials such as brochures, infographics, presentations, digital ads, and email campaigns.
• Web Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create user-friendly and visually engaging website assets and layouts.
• Product Graphics: Design visuals for product interfaces, packaging, and related materials that align with Paladin Drones' innovative image.
• Social Media: Develop engaging content for social media platforms, including graphics, animations, and short videos.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design solutions that meet project objectives.
• Campaign Creation: Lead the design of dynamic, end-to-end marketing campaigns for in-person and digital events, including both digital and print collateral (e.g., event signage, booth graphics, online ads, email sequences).
• UI Consistency: Maintain UI consistency and visual appeal across the company’s digital platforms.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in technology or startup environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including digital, print, and web-based work.
• Communication: Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Creativity: Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous with an eye for design quality and consistency.
• Collaboration: Comfortable working independently and in team settings, with the ability to take constructive feedback.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with animation, video editing, or 3D modeling software is a plus.
