A leading company in retail apparel and fashion is seeking a Graphic Designer to translate brand emotions into visually compelling designs across various platforms. The role involves creating striking layouts for social media, emails, and packaging while collaborating closely with marketing to ensure consistency in storytelling. Candidates should have a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe tools, and a passion for design that captivates audiences.
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a deep love for visuals, aesthetics, and emotional impact. The ideal candidate notices the small things—spacing, rhythm, tone—and brings together words and images with attention to detail and care.
You’ll design the visuals people actually pause on. The ones that we call “stop scrolling.” From Instagram to email to product storytelling, this role is about translating our brand’s emotion into everyday visuals. If you’re the kind of creative who’s always saving typography, color palettes, or a layout that just feels right, this is for you.
What You’ll Be Creating
Everyday Visual Design
– Create clean, emotionally engaging layouts for Instagram (feed, stories, carousels), emails, packaging, and site updates
– Design and curate collages, cutouts, and visuals that feel elevated and scroll-stopping
– Keep visuals minimal, warm, feminine, and aligned with our brand identity
– Design with clarity, restraint, and a strong sense of taste
Campaigns & Storytelling
– Bring seasonal drops to life—moodboards, concepts, and all design needs
– Collaborate with marketing to shape storytelling arcs
– Make sure each visual aligns with the larger brand message and moment
– Stay aligned with strategy but bring creative energy and initiative
Email Design
– Design product-forward emails that reflect beauty and drive results
– Build layouts with hierarchy, breathing room, and rhythm
– Keep emails feeling like an extension of our brand—not just a sales tool
– Improve and adjust over time, using insights and metrics while protecting design quality
Print & Packaging
– Design packaging elements: tags, stickers, inserts, and thank-you cards
– Prep all files production-ready with clean alignment and polish
– Reflect care and storytelling even in the smallest physical details
– Partner with our photographers, editors, and content team
– Join in on moodboards, campaign planning, and creative reviews
– Contribute a sharp, aesthetic eye to every visual touchpoint
Who This Role Is For
– 4–6+ years of graphic design experience in fashion or beauty
– A portfolio that shows taste, intentionality, and emotionally aligned storytelling
– Fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma or Canva is a plus)
– Experienced in social design—especially Instagram Stories, carousels, and post structure
– Skilled in layout, typography, color, and spacing
– You’re organized, self-led, and love crossing things off your list only when they feel perfect
– You naturally think in visuals, rhythm, and how things feel
– You have a strong understanding of aesthetics, Pinterest trends, and moodboards
– You love fashion, creative culture, and design that speaks with emotion
– $25/hour average (with opportunity for growth over time)
– Full-time, in-person (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
– Paid time off + 7 major holidays
– Seasonal employee clothing allowance
– Work laptop provided
– Growth within a brand that values taste, excellence, and intention
