FASTSIGNS DENTON is seeking a Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced, deadline-driven team. The candidate should deliver polished, eye-catching designs and collaborate with customers and teammates throughout the design and proofing process.

The role emphasizes production readiness, template maintenance, and precise color management, with a focus on sign and print projects. Monday–Friday schedule, strong communication needed.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or GED; advanced education degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of graphic design in a production environment.
• Strong verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong digital content skills.
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible.
• Past sign or print industry experience preferred.
• Photo touch up, straightening/scaling experience preferred.
• Experience with roll to roll printers preferred.
• Strong Pantone, CMYK color space, ICC profiles and color management skills preferred.
• Production sign skills (weeding, masking, vinyl application, vehicle graphics) preferred.
• Graphics or production management skills preferred.

• Collaborate with team members and customers on designs, proofs, and upload proofs to sales system.
• Maintain design template library with common artwork and logos.
• Prepare comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and copy for print reproduction.
• Inspect jobs for accuracy before sending them to production.
• Perform customer logo maintenance and sourcing.
• Work on different projects simultaneously.
• Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
