Job summary

Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. is looking for a skilled graphic designer to join our marketing team in Columbus, OH. You will craft marketing graphics, ensure brand consistency, and develop digital content for social media, YouTube thumbnails, and email campaigns.

The role requires a strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. You will collaborate with leadership to create engaging visual campaigns, keep assets up-to-date, and support quick-turn design requests to help our team

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Design graphics for marketing materials including brochures, event flyers, and digital ads.
• Create branded content for social media, YouTube thumbnails, and email campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Assist in the layout and design of internal documents and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop new visual campaigns.
• Update and refine existing design assets for better engagement and clarity.
• Support the team with quick-turn graphic needs and ad hoc design requests.
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and suggest ways to improve our brand visuals.
• Helping with other tasks and projects needed for our operations team
