About the Job

As Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for leading the visual identity across all Relentless Brands. From elite, coach-led, training environments to performance recovery spaces to premium supplements, you’ll ensure each brand is distinct yet cohesive in how we show up digitally, socially, and physically. Reporting directly to the Brand Creative Manager and Director of Marketing, you’ll create for social media, print, apparel, product, franchise development, and more.

The Ideal Candidate

You’re creatively obsessed with design that inspires action. You understand visual storytelling across platforms, you think in campaigns not just assets, and you know how to balance luxury with grit. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love health and wellness, and are excited to work across multiple lifestyle brands, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will be able to internally pivot their design strategy based on the viewer while still upholding the brand's look and visual story. Pivoting from franchise development initiatives to consumer facing designs can be difficult as the target audience per design will be looking for different things. As a designer for Relentless Brands you will need to be able to recognize and adapt to this unique brand need.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead visual brand design across ISI Elite Training , The Plunge House , and Human Nutrition
  • Design for multiple platforms: digital ads, social media, print, web, packaging, and branded collateral
  • Create on-brand, high-quality assets for both national brand channels and local franchise partner use
  • Support seasonal campaigns, new launches, events, and promotions with compelling visuals
  • Develop content for apparel and supplement packaging, retail signage, and digital storefronts
  • Manage the creation of franchise marketing materials, including custom requests from the system
  • Partner with vendors and content platforms to maintain asset libraries and templates
  • Oversee and direct creative for brand photo and video shoots across all verticals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on planning, scheduling, and publishing across social media
  • Assist with animation, motion graphics, and basic video editing for digital storytelling
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Working knowledge of digital photography, videography, and animation
  • Strong understanding of both print production and digital media specs
  • Fluent in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • A passion for fitness, wellness, recovery, and nutrition
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Bonus: Experience in video editing, apparel design, or motion graphics
  • Advanced knowledge designing in Canva - while adobe creative suite is an industry standard and a need for the role, the designer must also be widely knowledgeable designing in Canva. This is a pivotal tool that will be used daily in this role.
