The Associate Designer is an early career designer who works directly with Design colleagues to contribute to the efforts of the Design team and supports existing accounts and business development opportunities. The Associate Designer is developing a robust understanding of Smurfit Westrock’s business objectives, technical processes, and manufacturing. Will apply these learnings into the design process. Works independently, stays organized, communicates well, demonstrates excellent time management, and delivers consistently high-quality output. This role is typically filled by a recent graduate from a design-related field with 0-3 years of post-graduate work experience.

The salary range for this position is $50,250.00 - $83,750.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
