• Leads, inspires and challenges the ComIn team to maintain IKEA identity in store communication.
• Plans and implements store communication to enhance range presentation and convey IKEA benefits.
• Develops and evaluates store communication strategies to support convenient shopping.
• Supports action planning and collaborates with other functions to grow the business.
• Coaches the team and ensures budget awareness and financial impact are understood.
