IKEA USA is seeking a visually oriented Graphic Communication Lead to guide store identity and communications across print and digital media. You will lead the ComIn team, align local visuals with IKEA's global identity, and collaborate with store functions to ensure consistent branding and inspiring customer experiences.

Salary range is $63,215 to $90,714. This permanent full-time role requires creativity, design software proficiency, budget awareness, and ability to work retail hours.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience using graphics design software and production tools.
• Experience with ordering, purchasing and working with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Leads, inspires and challenges the Com/In team and other functions in the store to strengthen the uniqueness and consistency of the IKEA identity in store communication.
• Leads the process of planning and implementing store communication to ensure that it conveys the benefit of the IKEA Concept and enhances range presentation.
• Develops, implements and evaluates store communication strategies that support a convenient shopping experience.
• Supports in developing the department action plan with store communication initiatives focused on growing the business.
• Contributes to the network of store and SO Graphic Communication partners and shares best practices.
• Sets expectations and standards, works with store functions, and ensures cost-efficiency and sustainability in producing and implementing all store communication.
