Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate product, customer, pricing, and order information.
• Create, update, and manage online web stores for customers, teams, schools, businesses, and organizations.
• Add and maintain product listings including descriptions, pricing, images, and other store information.
• Use WordPress to update website content and product information.
• Promote company services, products, and completed projects on social media.
• Help develop social media content including posts, photos, promotions, and announcements.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, social media, and in person.
• Support sales by responding to leads, preparing quotes, following up with customers, and helping customers select products and services.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Enter and update information accurately using Google Sheets and other online tools.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and business development.

Lakeshore Screen Printing and Embroidery is seeking a multi-purpose Graphic Design, Marketing, Sales, Data Entry & Customer Service Representative to support marketing and sales efforts in a hands-on, onsite role in Manitowoc, WI. If you enjoy combining customer communication with online store management and promotion, this position offers a chance to keep projects moving and help customers find the right products.

Compensation: USD 19 per hour (from $19.00/hr). The role is in person.
