Job summary

Lakeshirts, inc. in Little Falls, MN is seeking a dependable part-time cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our facility. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4pm-10pm (24 hours/week). Pay: $17.00 per hour. You will help keep work areas, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common spaces ready for the next day.

You will work independently with accuracy and pride in your work. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required; a high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

  • High school education or GED required.
  • Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Previous cleaning, custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
  • Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners.
  • Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed.
  • Clean glass, mirrors, doors, and other high-touch surfaces.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs to leadership.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Support special cleaning projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned including special projects.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated part-time cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Little Falls location. If you take pride in keeping spaces organized, enjoy working independently, and have an eye for detail, this could be a great fit for you.

This position plays an important role in supporting our team by ensuring work areas, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common spaces are consistently clean and ready for the next day.

PAY + SCHEDULE

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4p-10p (24 hours per week)

$17.00

A Typical Day (job functions) | Monitor + Guide + Lead + Coordinate

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
