Job summary

Marketing for Change is offering a paid internship through The Change Academy for graduate students and recent graduates. You will join the creative team to develop visual concepts and campaigns that drive healthier, safer outcomes.

The program blends instruction with real client work and collaboration across disciplines. You’ll gain hands-on experience in graphic design, campaign creative, digital content, and visual storytelling, with mentorship and structured training in behavioral science.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or coursework in graphic design, visual communication, advertising, or related field.
• Portfolio or samples showing design skills and concepting.
• Familiarity with design tools and willingness to build skills.
• Open to feedback and collaborative work with teams.
• Curiosity about behavioral-influenced design and positive impact.
