Job summary

Nuuly is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to join us for the summer. This intern will embed with our creative team, supporting design work across seasonal campaigns, web/app, email marketing, and social.

They’ll gain hands-on experience taking concepts from mood board to finished asset, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and creative leadership in a brand-driven environment. The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program runs 6/7–8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
• A portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and visual design skills
• Based in or able to relocate to Philadelphia for the summer program
• Motion or basic video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere) a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and produce assets across web, email, paid ads, and organic social
• Support seasonal campaign development from mood boards to production-ready files
• Help with photoshoot prep and wrap, gathering references and keeping selects organized
• Maintain brand consistency across deliverables within design systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with copy, creative direction, and web/app teams
• Help keep design files and brand libraries organized and up to date
• Contribute ideas in concepting sessions and reviews
