Job summary

Ampact is seeking a talented graphic design intern to join our marketing and communications team for a part-time position (~10 hours/week) paid internship. You will work with brand templates, create graphics for social media, blogs, emails, and presentations, and help build a portfolio while learning brand style guides.

Applicants should be pursuing a relevant certificate or degree and submit work samples or a portfolio. Extension and additional hours beyond May 2027 are possible.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a certificate or degree in graphic design, web design, desktop publishing or related discipline.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Xpress or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communicator with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, blogs, emails and presentations using brand templates and style guides.
• Research and prepare photos and image libraries for marketing uses.
• Maintain a library of images and templates.
• Support photo and video shoots or event photography.
• Collaborate with supervisor to develop new templates and improve visual impact.
