This is an exciting opportunity to refine your design skills, explore content creation, and contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact. **Key Responsibilities** \\* Collaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer, Senior Social Media Specialist, and other internal partners to conceptualize and execute graphic design projects that align with marketing strategies. \\* Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, presentations, and promotional materials. \\* Assist in creating and maintaining a digital asset library of templates, graphics, and other design resources. \\* Support content creation efforts by conceptualizing and designing visuals for video, photography, and social media campaigns. \\* Stay up-to-date on design trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to ensure fresh and relevant creative output. \\* Partner with analytics teams to evaluate the performance of design assets and adapt creative strategies to optimize engagement and effectiveness. \\* Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and standards. **Qualifications** \\* Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field. \\* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
