Job summary

Dice Academy Delhi is seeking a Graphics Design Faculty to guide students in graphic design theory and practice. You will lead lectures, mentor student projects, and collaborate to keep the curriculum current with industry trends.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in graphic design with 2–4 years of design experience and a strong portfolio. Teaching experience is preferred for this in-person role at our Delhi campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication, typography, and design skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with students and colleagues.
• Portfolio of work.
• Teaching experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to lectures and workshops on graphic design principles and industry trends.
• Mentor students on creative projects and provide constructive feedback.
• Design and conduct lectures and workshops for graphics design topics.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance curriculum and keep it relevant.
• Engage students in discussions on design theory and visual communication.
• Organize design exhibitions, portfolio reviews, and guest lectures.
