In Spring 2026, courses ART 3060 Design History and ARTV 3150 Computer Graphics II: Time and Sequence will meet twice weekly. A Master’s degree and professional design experience, plus a strong portfolio, are required for consideration.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MA or MFA in art or design.
• Documented professional experience in graphic design, motion media, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience teaching, mentoring, or facilitating design learning with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or both courses in Spring 2026, in-person or studio-based instruction.
• Prepare lectures, critiques, and assessments to develop student portfolios.
• Guide students in design history and time-based media projects with best practices.
