Job summary

Vacuum Truck Rentals is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts through graphic design, event coordination, and administrative tasks. The candidate will work with design software and printing equipment to maintain brand consistency and boost promotional activities.

Key responsibilities include producing brochures and decals, coordinating events and swag, organizing marketing materials, and providing general administrative support to the marketing

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CorelDRAW or similar graphic design software.
• Experience with vinyl cutting and decal production.
• Familiarity with Roland printers and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design & Production: create brochures, flyers using CorelDRAW.
• Design and produce vinyl decals.
• Operate and maintain a Roland printer.
• Marketing Coordination: organize marketing materials and SWAG.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events; logistics and setup.
• Travel and event reservations as needed.
• Administrative Support: maintain customer data in marketing databases.
• Track inventory of marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
