Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. is seeking an Associate, Graphic Design to support the creation and production of creative materials for digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the Graphic Designer to ensure outputs reflect Mitsubishi Power’s visual identity.

As a current student in graphic design or related field, you will gain hands-on experience with photography, image editing, and visual storytelling while contributing to internal communications and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with photography, lighting, and image editing preferred.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Detail-oriented with ability to produce high-quality work.
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and collaborative within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and production of print and digital materials.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designer to align with brand standards.
• Support photography needs for events and marketing initiatives.
• Edit and retouch photos; resize and color-correct as needed.
• Apply design fundamentals to produce clear, consistent work.
• Manage multiple assignments and organized assets.
• Receive feedback and contribute both independently and with the team.
