Job summary

AEG Worldwide’s Graphic Design Associate supports the Creative Department across a range of visual projects that help advance marketing for the LA Kings and related programs. This onsite role in El Segundo, CA involves producing designs across multiple formats, from digital and print to in-arena deliverables.

You will work with the team to move projects from early proofs through final files, collaborating with internal partners, printers, and vendors to ensure everything aligns with LA Kings

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles including layout and typography.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of preparing files for print and understanding print processes.
• Photo editing skills including color correction, retouching, and layer masking.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within the Creative Team.
• Additional skills such as illustration, motion, or web development are a plus (Procreate, After Effects, or Figma).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Team in completing graphic proofs, buildouts, and meeting project deadlines.
• Create and deliver digital and print campaigns from brief, building graphics in Adobe Creative Cloud while following LA Kings brand standards.
• Support large-scale campaign buildouts and prepare print files according to LA Kings Design Best Practices.
• Collaborate with other departments, printers, and vendors to deliver designs that meet organizational needs.
• Provide support for miscellaneous graphic needs as assigned.

The Graphic Design Associate at AEG Worldwide supports the Creative Department across a range of visual projects that help advance marketing for the LA Kings and related programs. This onsite role in El Segundo, CA involves producing designs across multiple formats, from digital and print to in-arena deliverables.

You will work with the team to move projects from early proofs through final files, collaborating with internal partners, printers, and vendors to ensure everything aligns with LA Kings brand standards. The hourly pay range for this position is USD 17 to 19 per hour (pay scale listed as $17.28 to $19.00).

What You’ll Do

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Graphic Design or a related area preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.

Compensation and Eligibility

• Hourly pay: USD 17 to 19 per hour
• Benefits: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
