Job summary

Hawkeye Search Group is seeking a Sleepwear Graphic Artist for a fully remote role, based in California. You will develop original sleepwear graphics, prints, typography, and artwork for men, women, kids, and licensed programs, ensuring production-ready files and brand consistency.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in apparel graphics, strong typography and color skills, and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. A compelling portfolio is required and remote collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

Sleepwear Graphic Artist

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Artist to join our sleepwear design team. This role will focus on developing engaging, commercial graphics and artwork for sleepwear across a variety of customer and product categories.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of apparel graphics, typography, color, and trends, with the ability to take a concept from initial idea through production-ready artwork. Experience designing graphics specifically for sleepwear, pajamas, loungewear, or intimate apparel is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop original graphics, prints, typography, patterns, and artwork for sleepwear collections
• Create artwork for men's, women's, kids', and/or licensed sleepwear programs
• Translate creative direction and trend information into commercially viable apparel graphics
• Develop seasonal concepts and graphic stories based on market and consumer trends

• Adapt artwork across different garment styles, colorways, sizes, and customer requirements

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or Apparel Graphic Designer
• Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Apparel graphics experience required
• Sleepwear, loungewear, pajamas, or similar apparel experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and print techniques
• Ability to create both original artwork and commercially relevant graphics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare production-ready files
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred but not required
