Job summary

Ent4bank seeks a Marketing Graphic Designer to join a dynamic startup operating between Milan and Luxembourg. You will collaborate closely with the CEO to build branding assets, visuals, and in-app graphics from scratch in a highly challenging fintech environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS, and a willingness to move to Luxembourg to drive brand visuals across platforms.

We are looking for talented and motivated Marketing Graphic Designer to join our newly born start-up in Milan and Luxembourg. The candidate will work back-to-back with the start-up CEO and Founder (ex CEO and co-founder of a major Italian internet Bank) to help building from scratch a potential fin-tech unicorn in an highly challenging and stimulant environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and produce all branding identification for web site and Apps pages including all the online assets (banner, social media, landing pages etc..).
• Create and produce visual assets.
• Create contents for mobile media platform, in-app graphics, icons, banners.
• Resize graphics to fit multiple platforms.
• Work effectively and efficiently in a highly productivity environment with a sense of urgency due to the start-up phase
• Master degree with honors in Engineering, Product Design, Computer Science or related field
• One or two years of professional experience using Adobe Creative Suite – Mac OS
• Ability to be flexible in schedule and adaptable to constant changes
• Willingness to move in Luxembourg

Preferred qualifications

• Knowledge of digital payments
• Good written/oral communications skills
• Ability to interpret complex ideas, both written and oral, into simplified visual graphics
• Skilled in organizing and prioritizing the work, and following tasks through to completion autonomously respecting the time schedule.
