Qualifications

• Must have hand and finger dexterity to grasp, manipulate objects.
• Able to differentiate colors, textures, and attributes to identify varieties and defects.
• Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs.
• Experience in vineyard tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest grapes; manage vineyard canopy for light and air circulation.
• Thin fruit and prune vines; remove shoots, leaves, and excess growth to balance vines.
• Grade, sort, weigh, and inspect grape products; discard defects.
• Install/maintain irrigation systems; apply pesticides, fertilizers, and other treatments as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and perform outdoor field tasks; assist with post-harvest activities.
