Job summary

Randstad is seeking energetic General Laborers for a grape packing operation in Delano, CA. You will participate in packing, wrapping, labeling, and preparing fresh produce to meet high quality standards, while maintaining speed and accuracy on a fast-paced line.

The role involves packaging grapes, performing quality checks, and assisting with facility tasks. Work hours are from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM on-site, with a focus on GMP and food safety in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Stand and move 8–10 hours per shift in refrigerated/warehouse environment.
• Lift and carry up to 25–50 lbs as needed during material handling.
• Be dependable with good attendance and team-oriented attitude.
• Follow GMPs and food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Grape packaging and quality control on the line.
• Operate wrapping equipment and monitor product flow.
• Perform box washing, sanitation, material handling, and keep areas clean and safe.
