Job summary

You will work with ERP/SAP systems and participate in changeovers while maintaining safety and efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma and 0-2 years in production/packaging, with willingness to work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 0-2 years production/packaging experience preferred.
• Solid dose manufacturing or packaging background preferred.
• Ability to work varying hours including weekends when necessary.
• Metric and English weighing/measurement systems understanding.
• Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems.
• Mathematical ability in basic arithmetic and percentages.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, SAP, Outlook, SharePoint, Master Control, and Success Factors.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document results accurately.
• Reading/writing English to understand work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Executes Batch Record and logbook documentation with detail and accuracy.
• Performs in-process product quality checks and documents results.
• Follows procedures to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Operates pharmaceutical production and packaging machinery and performs processes such as dispensing, granulation, coating, encapsulation, milling, blending, and compression.
• Performs changeovers and maintains production reporting for the unit.
• Maintains clean and organized equipment and work areas.
• Collaborates with team members and assists in on-the-job training.
• Communicates issues to supervisor and supports continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties to meet department and company objectives.
• Supports in cleaning/setup of rooms and downflow booths; handles basic SAP transactions.
