Job summary

LANNETT COMPANY, INC is seeking a production operator to support the manufacturing and packaging of solid dose pharmaceutical products. The role focuses on operating equipment, following SOPs, and ensuring accurate batch documentation and quality checks in a cGMP environment.

This hands-on position requires attention to detail, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, and basic skills in weighing, mixing, and process documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of production/packaging experience preferred.
• Ability to work various shifts and weekends as needed.
• Strong numeric and measurement skills; proficient with standard office software.
• Experience with batch records and cGMP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Document batch records and logbooks with accuracy.
• Operate pharmaceutical production and packaging equipment.
• Perform in-process quality checks and document results.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Assist in continuous improvement and teamwork on the production line.
