Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, English, or related field; equivalency considered.
• Grant writing or funding proposal experience preferred.
• Experience with City/County/State government preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with groups and the public.
• Strong writing and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to monitor programs.
• Ability to work independently and with discretion.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and screening.
• Valid NM Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement grants programs and budgets.
• Research funding opportunities and monitor expenditures.
• Coordinate county special projects and support agencies.
• Track results and analyze financial data.
