Job summary

Touro University Nevada in Henderson, Nevada seeks an experienced administrator to grow and maintain sponsored programs infrastructure, enabling funded research across Pre-Award and Post-Award services.

You will collaborate with Principal Investigators, oversee proposal development and budgeting, manage schedules, and coordinate with Finance, HR, and external sponsors to ensure timely submissions and compliance throughout award lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 3 years of direct experience in Pre-Award or Post-Award in a higher education institution.
• Experience managing United States federal grants and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with aspiring PIs to review funding announcements.
• Oversee preparation of sponsored project proposals ensuring budgets meet sponsor guidelines.
• Manage time schedule for preparation and submission of proposals.
• Coordinate communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders for proposals and awards.
• Coordinate award setup with the PI and administration.
• Oversee post‑award functions, closeouts, and reporting to ensure compliance and milestones.
• Maintain grant proposal files and update grant-related databases.
• Assist Research Department with budgets and routine research administration activities.
• Attend seminars/workshops and engage in continuous professional development.
