Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proposal and budget development and contract and grant submissions.
• Coordinate statement of work, budgets, and proposal reviews; upload documents in submission platforms.
• Guide faculty through the proposal process and help build compliant budgets.
• Ensure submissions meet institutional and sponsor requirements; train researchers on systems.
• Schedule submission planning meetings and serve as a primary information resource for faculty.
• Provide leadership with research news and activity data; perform other duties as assigned.
