• Pre-Award (30%): assist with proposal development and submission; create checklists; collect and review materials; assist with pre-award documents.
• Post-Award (65%): assist with project setup, dashboard updates, salary tracking, and financial reconciliation; manage subawards and forecasting.
• Other (5%): update Departmental Dashboards; handle additional duties as needed.
