Job summary

The University of Arizona, College of Medicine-Phoenix, seeks a motivated Sponsored Programs Administrator to support post-award budgeting, financial reporting, and grant management for a portfolio of research accounts in the Greater Phoenix Area.

Interpret and apply policies, ensure compliance with sponsor terms and university regulations, and collaborate with PIs, department staff, and finance teams to deliver timely, accurate reporting and fiscal integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with grants, contracts, and budgeting in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support post-award budget, financial, and reporting activity.
• Track grant revenue and expenses to meet deadlines.
• Assist with preparing budgets and financial analyses.
