Job summary

Baszucki Group is a mission-driven nonprofit-style venture based in California. We seek a Program and Grants Associate to advance metabolic psychiatry research, administer grants, and support the Community of Practice portal in Salesforce.

The role combines grants management with portal operations on the Operations team, reporting to the Head of Clinical Strategy & Partnerships. The target starting salary range is $90,000–$110,000 annually, paid hourly, with hybrid work in the San Mateo office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of related experience.
• Strong interest in philanthropy and/or nonprofit sector as evidenced through education, previous jobs and/or volunteer experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional project management, oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and discretion about confidential matters.
• Proven ability to prioritize and work with a variety of stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Online Clinician & Researcher Portal Operations: support inquiries and manage portal inbox.
• Coordinate communications to communities and respond to external parties.
• Surface trends in general portal and private groups.
• Manage membership verification and re-verification.
• Moderate online communities and review posts.
• Coordinate virtual events including speaker logistics and support.
• Draft written materials and training documents.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
