Job summary

Lamoille County Mental Health Service Inc in Morrisville, VT is seeking a highly experienced manager to coordinate agency development programs and lead grant-related initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field and 7-10 years of executive-level administrative, communications, marketing and/or fundraising experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Preferred: Master degree, five years of executive level experience and/ or grant writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides project management, schedules and delegates tasks required for successful outcomes for the agency’s initiatives.
• Manages the daily activities of the agency’s development programs.
• Serves as the point of contact for community partners, executive management and agency consumers in developing new grant and program opportunities.
• Gathers documentation and fulfills funding requirements; writes and edits executive summaries and organization credentials.
• Maintains records, submits paperwork and reports on time, and supports administrative processes within the Agency.
• Leads program teams in establishing reporting formats for newly funded programs and coordinates with CFO on reporting plans.

Education

Bachelor degree in a relevant field
