Job summary

Barrow Wise Consulting, LLC is seeking a grants management professional to support senior grants and project officers, assist with grant requests and award documents, analyze reports, monitor compliance, and help develop site visit reports and agency grant policies.

An ideal candidate has US citizenship and Public Trust clearance, a bachelor’s degree in business, at least three years of experience managing multi-million-dollar federal grant programs, strong writing/editing skills, and

Qualifications

  • US citizenship and Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business field (e.g., Business Management, Accounting, Finance)
  • Three years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing multi-million-dollar Grant Programs in the Federal government
  • Experience writing and editing documents, such as guidance documents, procedures, or policies
  • Experience managing grants
  • Knowledge of procurement procedures and policies

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to senior grants management officers and/or project officers by assisting with grant request for applications, award documents, analyzing reports, grant closeout, assisting with processing suitability, monitoring compliance, attending site visits, developing site visit reports, and assisting in developing agency grant policies and procedures
  • Review and incorporate best practices in grant-making
  • Develop reports as needed
