About Well Being Trust

Well Being Trust is a small but growing national foundation focused on mental health and well-being. As it prepares to launch its strategic plan, it seeks an experienced grants and finance professional to manage its $30M grant portfolio. This new role will oversee grants administration and collaborate closely with the program and operations teams.

Position Reporting and Collaboration

The Grants and Finance Manager reports to the Director of Programs and Partnerships and will serve as a strategic partner in translating organizational strategy into effective grants practices. The role involves interaction with senior leadership, external partners, and grantees.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working with nonprofits, foundations, or public-sector agencies in grantmaking or subcontracting
  • Experience managing grants management systems (experience with Salesforce / FoundationConnect is a plus)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly

NorCal (Napa, Sonoma): Min $45.98, Max $72.80

Southern California, NorCal (Humboldt): Min $40.98, Max $64.88

Other regions: Min $39.32, Max $62.25; Min $36.65, Max $58.03; Min $34.99, Max $55.39; Min $31.65, Max $50.11; Texas: Min $29.99, Max $47.48
