Job summary

Carle Health System is seeking a Financial Analyst to support post-award sponsored projects, ensuring compliance with OMB 2 CFR 200 and grant requirements. You will administer acceptance, monitoring and reporting of externally funded awards with funding agencies, grantees, program leadership, and compliance stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required
Experience in grants management or post-award functions is preferred
Familiarity with OMB 2 CFR 200 or government grant regulations is desirable

Responsibilities

Design and maintain reports to monitor grant financial activity and ensure compliance
Ensure expenditures are allowable and accurately charged to grants
Reconcile grant expenditures and monitor budgets and transfers as needed
Prepare financial reports to assist program directors with sponsored programs
Prepare invoices and manage subaward receivables from other institutions
Monitor personnel effort and compensation on sponsored projects for compliance
Assist in internal/external reporting and deadlines
Support sponsored project close-out reviews and audit readiness
