Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, planning, accounting, or related field.
• Two or more years of HUD/CDBG and IDIS experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the application, review, and award processes for annual SSG programs.
• Reviews grant applications for completeness, appropriateness, and adherence to City requirements.
• Administers the CDBG Program to ensure compliance with federal funding and disbursement laws.
• Prepares the Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plans.
• Analyzes demographic and other data to determine program goals and priorities.
• Prepares and oversees execution of sub-recipient contracts and grant agreements.
• Maintains the HUD IDIS system and reconciles accounts with the City.
• Verifies funding is received and disbursed by the City.
