One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Reviewing grant or cooperative agreement applications for regulatory compliance; (2) Conducts post-award reviews and analyses to identify management, financial, and administrative issues; and (3) Reconciling recipient financial reports to track project expenditures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-09/11 equivalent).
