DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: PROVIDE DAY-TO-DAY GUIDANCE TO THE INTERNAL DIVISIONS AND SIXTEEN TECHNICAL COLLEGES ON THE PROJECT AS WELL AS AUDITING AND DOCUMENTATION OF EVENTS AND PROCESSES.

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANKED IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1. FIVE OR MORE YEARS OF SUPERVISING EXPERIENCE. 2. FIVE OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH S.C. GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIP PROCEDURES. 3. TWO OR MORE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH DIRECT INTERACTION WITH EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANKED IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 1. EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE WITH SC GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIP POLICIES AND PROCEDURES. 2. IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF THE SCTCS GRANTS MANAGEMENT APPLICATION. 3. STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 4. EFFECTIVE PLANNING WITH AN EMPHASIS ON MEETING ESTABLISHED TIMELINES.
