Job summary

Inside Philanthropy is seeking a Supervisory Grants Management Specialist to lead the Grants Administration Branch in Washington, DC. You will oversee technical and business activities, coordinate unit work, and supervise staff to ensure compliant, efficient grants processes.

You will interpret regulations, provide guidance across teams, and maintain strong internal controls while aligning with program goals and PHS requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of qualifying experience at GS-13 level in grants management.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and guiding grants regulations and procedures.
• Experience coordinating grants and awards planning with staff and partners.
• Experience analyzing and resolving complex grants management issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct work; review output and set priorities.
• Provide interpretation and guidance on grants regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate policy and program changes across teams to ensure consistency.
• Maintain internal controls; oversee studies and analyses of grants management.
• Evaluate adherence to policies and review grant awards for compliance.
