Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in financial administration, accounting support, budget tracking, or grants management.
• Experience in nonprofit, higher education, or grant-funded environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track OTPS spending across grant portfolios.
• Maintain and update internal grant expenditure tracking systems.
• Review, track, and submit invoices for programs and grants.
• Prepare monthly OTPS budget vs. actual expenditure reports.
• Identify discrepancies in financial transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate with departments to address spending and budget issues.
• Ensure records support financial reviews, audits, and funder reporting.
• Assist with training staff on financial procedures.
